Let STACT help prepare your employees for violence in the workplace.  Unfortunately, companies have been faced with disgruntled employees, violent customers as well as the added threat of acts of terrorism.   We encourage a proactive approach versus being unprepared and then addressing the consequences after an incident.  Corporations are preparing employees through “active shooter training,” which generally teaches the employees a “run, hide, fight” concept.  What we have found is that most employees can truly benefit by having STACT come to their company and teach them effective fighting skills.  We advocate the “run and hide” aspects of active shooter training; however, if confronted with having to fight, your employees need our help.
